In a cooker add Desi ghee

When hot add onion.when brown add ginger garlic paste and green chilli and fry now add all the veggies and saute.

Add rice and all the rest masala and salt to taste

Add some water to pressure cook rice.

Serve with curd,mint chutni, papad,salad
