Grind chana dal with very less amount of water. Add saunf while grinding. While grinding check that batter should not be runny. The consistency of batter should be thick. Now take the batter in big vessel and add black pepper, salt and lemon juice. Beat the batter nicely with wet hands. Again make sure that batter din not become runny. Now take a wok add refined oil in it and heat it. Now take the batter and make vade with hands and cook in oil. Do not cook till golden brown.

Just take it out raw. Then let them cool and cut into pieces. Then deep fry again till golden brown. Then take a bowl, beat curd in it. add one by one kahlmi bade pcs in curd and keep it in another bowl. then add more curd on the kahlmi bade, add chickpeas, boiled potatoes, then salt, red chilli powder, bhuna jeera powder, khatti meethi chutney. Ready to serve.
