Steps

Cut the paneer and potato into cubes

Heat oil and shallow fry the paneer keep aside

No fry the Potatoes adding salt and turmeric powder

Add ginger paste and fennel seeds powder

Saute well till the Potatoes get golden

Add red chilli Powder and mix

Pour water and paneer

Finally add sugar and chopped coriander leaves

Serve it hot
