Steps

First peel the bittergourd and put salt and rub keep aside for 1/2 hour..wash it after then and squeeze water..

Mix all the ingredients and mustard oil 1tsp..Make a cut in bittergourd to fill stuffing..Take out bittergourd seeds and fill stuffing..

Heat a pan put oil mustard oil should be used it gives nice taste..now place bittergourd one by one and cover with a lid..

Let it cook be Till it's soft..Now open the lid and cook without lid to be little cruchy and check in the middle..
