Ingredients

20 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupplain flour
  3. 1/2 cupbesan
  4. 1/2 cupButter melted
  5. 1 tspCaram seeds
  6. as neededRed chilli powder
  7. 1 tspGarlic paste
  8. to tasteBlack salt
  9. 2 tbspSugar
  10. 1 tbspBaking powder

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl add butter and sugar mix well

  2. 2

    Sieve all the dry in gredients

  3. 3

    Add in a batch to butter mixer

  4. 4

    Mix well and make a soft dough

    Keep it in refrigerator for 20 min

    Mean while preheat the oven at 180 degree fr 10 min

    Press the dough and cut the biscuit using cookie cutter

    Bake the biscuits for 15 min at 180 degree temp.
