Steps

Clean the fish pieces and keep aside

Mix all the masala powder in the onion juice and add salt to it

Marinate the washed fish pieces with this masala and salt for 15 mins

Heat a pan and put some mustard oil in it. When hot, fry the pieces equally brown on both sides

Remove and soak the oil if needed on a tissue paper. Garnish with onions and coriander leaves, tomato and cucumber and serve hot as a starter or with rice
