Ingredients

5 servings
  • 200 gflour
  • 100 gsugar
  • 100 gmargarine
  • 4eggs
  • 100 mlsmilk
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 tbspnbreadcrumbs for dusting my sufuria
  • 1 teaspoon (5 mls)vanilla essence

Steps

  1. 1

    1.pre heat oven(one big sufuria, lined with four spoons to provide base for the sufuria with batter)

  2. 2

    2.cream sugar and margarine till pale

  3. 3

    Add an egg at a time, whisk till if forms foam(you can use a fork)

  4. 4

    Add half of the self raising flour

  5. 5

    Fold gently with a wooden spoon

  6. 6

    Add the rest of the flour and your salt

  7. 7

    Add milk and vanilla, fold

  8. 8

    Pour the batter into your small, dusted sufuria

  9. 9

    Bake for 35 minutes on low heat, or until a skewer(or toothpick) inserted comes out clean

  10. 10

    Cool on a rack

  11. 11

    Enjoy with hot cocoa
