Steps

Grind soaked moong daal, garlic, green chilli and whole coriander in mixer without water.

After grind transfer to paste in bowl.

Now add to salt and cumin powder in daal's paste and beat finally and well.

Now heat garai in gas and also heat oil for fry. After oil's heated low to be gas flame and make small little mangodies and deep fry in golden brown colour.

And now transfer to be fry mangodies in plate and serve with green and red chutney.
