Melons and mangoes make great partners here, for whereas the former is roch in vitamin A, the latter provides carotenoids. Added to that are the strawberries which are high in potassium. A drink that can be had anytime.

Melons and mangoes make great partners here, for whereas the former is roch in vitamin A, the latter provides carotenoids. Added to that are the strawberries which are high in potassium. A drink that can be had anytime.
Steps

Cut the melon into wedges, peel and remove the seeds.Chop half a wedge into half-inch cubes. Chop the remaining melon into one inch cubes. Place in a freezer for three hours.

Peel the mangoes and chop one slice into half inch cubes. Chop the remaining mangoes into one inch cubes. Place in a freezer for three hours.

Place the larger cubes of melon and mango in a blender with the strawbeery crush and one cup of crushed ice. Blend till smooth.

Pour into glasses and serve toped with the smaller melon and mango cubes.
