Preheat the oven at 180degrees

Greese your pan

Whip the egg whites until soft peaks begin to form. Slowly add 1 1/4 cups of sugar

On a clean bowl add the egg yolks and mix on high speed. Add the remaining 1/2 sugar cup of sugar and mix until it adds in volume

Add the margarine and mix well

Blend then sieve your passion fruits to extract the juice. Add the milk.

Add the juice alternating with flour. Ensure you start and end with passion juice.

Gently fold in the egg white mixture in bits.

Pour your mixture in the cake pan and bake for 40-60 mins
