It goes along very well with any kind of meat, but it is originally used to go as a side along with baked potatoes and corn.

Wash the Yellow Chili with plenty of water.

Crush the Saltine Crackers as shown in the picture.

Put the Saltine Crackers into the blender.

Put the Mexican Cheese into the blender.

Cut the Yellow Chili Skin and put it into the blender. Make sure not to include the seeds unless you want it to be very spicy.

Add Salt.

Add Milk.

Blend for 5 minutes. You should get a thick light yellow sauce.

Serve and enjoy!
