For the chutney, boil the tomatoes a little and peel it with hand

Take out the seeds grom the dates

Grind the dates, tomatoes and juice of the tamarind,jaggery with salt to make a paste

Heat oil in a pan and temper mustard seeds and then add the paste in the pan

Add water to it to make dilute and let it simmer for some time

Let the chutni cool down.we have to make the rest of the work just before serving.

Roast the dhane and jeera and grind them to make a powder

Mash the potatoes, better to do it with hand

Add the powder, rock salt, tamarind juice, normal salt, dhaniya leaves.

Now time to prepare the plates

Make a hole in the top of the fuchka and put the mashed potatoes in it

Put dahi, chutni and chat masala, dhaniya leaves and sev from top
