  • 2 tbspararot
  • 2 tspchaat masala
  • 2 tspgreen chatni
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1onion cut into rings
  • 1 tspchopped coriander
  • Oil for frying

Steps

15 minutes

    Boil potato till half done

  2. 2

    Let it cool down and peel.than cut potato into 1 inches pics

  3. 3

    Add ararot powder and cover all piece with this

  4. 4

    Heat oil nd fry potato picees till golden Krispy

  5. 5

    Keep on a serving bowl sprinkle salt chaat masala nd mix.put green chatni nd mix.garnish with onion rings.sprinkle green coriander and green chatni.

  6. 6

    Serv hot.enjoy this rainy season with chatpati curkuri aalu chaat
