Take mango pulp in a blender add sugar make fine puree.

Boil milk with saffron.

Take a pan or kadhai heat deshi ghee add rava and roast on low to medium flame when it became light brown add chopped nuts roast again for few minutes.

Add mango puree, and mix well cook for few minutes add hot milk carefully and stir continuously. cook for few minutes. Ghee will start separating off the stove cover it for 2 minutes.

Decorate with dry fruits and mango.
