Ingredients

  • 1/2chicken
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1ginger root
  • 1onion
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the onion in oil

  2. 2

    Crush the garlic and add to the oil

  3. 3

    Crush the ginger and add fry till brown

  4. 4

    Add the the chicken and sautee till brown

  5. 5

    Add water gradually to make a thick stew.Boil till the chicken is ready on low heat

  6. 6

    Serve hot
