Beat the egg well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add green chillies and sliced onions beat well

Pour this into greased container,close with lid

Now put a stand in a pressure cooker and set this container pour some water into the cooker and cook till it get stiff

Now after 10 mimutes check the mixture of egg if it has become stiff cool it down

Cut it into cubes and deep fry,keep aside

Now add more oil in the pan and add onion slices and capsicums saute for a while

Add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell disappears

Now add salt and turmeric powder and saute

Add Cumin powder, coriander powder saute well

Now add red chilli powder and tomato and saute till oil separates

Add curd and mix well adding water

Add sugar and boil and add the fried egg pieces

Bring it to boil adding garam masala powder

Serve it with rice or chapati
