Delicious flavours of yoghurt and mayo with veggies is definitely must try and would be loved by kids and adults equally

Place muslin cloth on colander and add curd, tie the cloth and keep it hanging for 2-3 hours until water drains completely from the curd. Store the hung curd until ready to use

In a bowl, add hung curd and mayonnaise and blend until creamy

Add chopped veggies, salt and pepper. Mix well

Trim the edges of bread.

Spread 2 tbsp curd mixture on bread and place another slice on it and press gently

You can cut and directly serve or grill and then serve

In case of grilling, apply butter to bottom and top of sandwich slice and then grill them. Cut and serve with sauce
