Ingredients

15-20 minutes
3 servings
  1. 1/4th pumpkin chopped
  2. 100 gramlady's finger cubed
  3. 1 tspfive spices
  4. 1-2green chillies chopped
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. To tastesalt and sugar
  7. As neededoil

Steps

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil add five spices and green chillies for tempering

  2. 2

    Add pumpkin stir fry well

  3. 3

    Add lady's finger stir fry

  4. 4

    Cover till it become soft

  5. 5

    Add salt and turmeric powder

  6. 6

    Mix well and fry on high heat adding sugar

  7. 7

    Serve it with rice
