Ingredients

  • 1 canbiscuits
  • 1 lbhamburger meat
  • 1 packettaco seasoning
  • 1 TbspOlive oil
  • green onion for sauteing
  • 2small mushrooms for sauteeing
  • 1/2 red onion for sauteeing
  • 1small tomato
  • Cilantro
  • Sour cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Spread out biscuits with finger in a greased cupcake pan.

  2. 2

    Then cook hamburger meat as directed on taco packet.

  3. 3

    In another pan, heat olive oil and saute vegetables. When taco meat is done, sprinkle vegetables on top of meat. Mix and with a spoon, place scoops of the meat inside the biscuits.

  4. 4

    Place in oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F. When biscuits is golden brown they're done.

  5. 5

    Remove from heat, sprinkle cheese on top, cut up some tomato and cilantro as a garnish. Serve with sour cream.
