Ingredients

without cooking

  • 1lemon
  • 4-6 piecesIndian black berry (jamun)
  • 1/4 tea spoonSalt
  • 1/4 tspBaking soda

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a glass chilled in refrigerator.. Pour lot of ice, water & salt..Mix

  2. 2

    Make a smooth pulp of jamuns using blender by removing the seeds

    Add baking soda &water to find blue colour

  4. 4

    Make ice cubes of blue water in an ice tray

    Put lemon slices and jamun pulp & blue ice cubes

  6. 6

    Garnish with a lemon 🍋 slice.. U can put lemon zest also fo' fragrance

  7. 7

    Serve!!!!!

    Instruction ; squeeze the lemon slices & give a mix before drink

  9. 9

    Magic when u will mix the drink, it will convert into purple.. Hold on 15-20 minutes, all the colour will disappear!!!! What a magic???? See & enjoy
