Ingredients

  • 1 bowlsprouted chana and moong
  • Salt par taste
  • Black salt par taste
  • 1-2Chopped Greenchilli
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • Lemon juice par taste
  • 2 teaspoonoil
  • 1 tspHaldi powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash sprouted chana and moong well

  2. 2

    Then strain the water in strainer

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pressure cooker

  4. 4

    Then put sprouted chana and moong

  5. 5

    Then add salt Haldi powder and chopped Coriander leaves and green chilli

  6. 6

    Then mix it well

  7. 7

    Then add black salt and add some water if required

  8. 8

    Cover the lid of pressure cooker and give 3to 4whistle

  9. 9

    Then add lemon juice and give ur kids to eat
