Take oats, besan & spinach puree in a bowl. Add water to make a paste. No lumps should be there

Now add all the veggies in the mixture & check the consistency.

Take a nonstick pan. Add few drops of oil and pour 1 tbsp of batter on the pan to make a circle

Cook for few minutes on both sides till crisp
- 5
Serve hot with tomato sauce & grated paneer on top
