Beetroot Rawa Dhokla

Beetroots are an excellent sauce of folic acid and a very good sauce of fiber, manganese and potassium.

In a mixing bowl.mix rawa & curd add salt.

Make a batter by adding water acvordingly.

Let it rest for 1/2 hour

Now mix beetroor paste carrot and all the other ings to the batter.

Keep water in a big vessel to boil place an iron stand.

Grease the plate (thali) or youu can take any baking dish as I have taken a heart shaped mould..

Now add soda to the batter

Now pour the batter. In the dish

Cover it with the foil paper.and place the dish on an iron stand in the vessel.

See that the dish does not touches the water.

Now cover the vessel and steam it for 25_30 mins..

Insert a toothpik to check it shud come out clean.

Remove the dish and let it cool for sum time.

Now overturn the dish in a plate.
Dhokla will come out clean like a cake - 16
Now give tadka and enjoy hot with green chutney..
