Take a deep bottom Pan. Add ghee & finely chopped onion. Once onion is golden brown, add spices, salt & tomato. Add rice soaked in water for 30 mins. Add water & fenugreek leaves. Add par boiled chickpea. Cook for 7 mins on high flame & then 3 mins on low flame. Garnish with Dry Methi & Coriander Leaves. Serve with curd or raita.
