Italian mushroom soup
Steps

Wash and cut mushrooms in tiny pieces.

Add flour and milk in a pot. Whisk well. Keep pot on gas. Stir continuously.

Add chopped mushrooms. Stir well. Bring 3-4 boils. Add thyme & salt in soup.

Boil it for 1 minute more. Once soup thickens switch off gas.

Serve hot Italian mushroom soup.
