Jowar-wheat butter cookies

Mix both Aattas and baking soda and butter using hands. Add sugar and jaggery and mix again. Add cardamom powder and vanilla essence. Keep into fridge for 60 minutes.

Flatten the dough with rolling pin (belan) 1/4 inch thick. Cut it with cookie cutter or any shape.

Put in a pre heated owen at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Chek and bake for another 5 -10 minutes till the browning effect.

Serve with tea and enjoy the crispy cookies.
