Boil potatoes peel it and make a smooth preparation

Grind the wet chana dal by removing excess water

Now mix it with potatoes and besan or corn flour, chilli powder and jeera powder make balls.it shouldn't be more soft.fry in oil.removd extra oil from balls by keeping on tissue paper

For gravy heat oil in a pan.add the paste of tomato, ginger znd onion paste. Cook it properly. Then add curry powder and water.after boiling add above prepared balls slowly in grave.cook for 5 minutes.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
