Using two cups of water boil spaghetti for 10 minutes,season with salt.

When they are ready run them in the cold water, sieve them until dry

Butter your spaghetti and serve with beef stew

How to prepare beef stew..marinate the beef using soysauce,salt and garlic

Heat oil in a cooking pan,add marinated beef and stir for 2 minuets

Add chopped onions,add either brown stock or water,season and let it simmer for one hour
