Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspbutter
  2. 1 tbspoil
  3. 1/2 tbspGarlic (minced)
  4. 1/2large sweet onion chopped roughly
  5. 1zucchini cut into slices
  6. 1 cupcarrots (sliced)
  7. 2 cupsbroccoli florets
  8. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  9. 4 tbspteriyaki sauce
  10. to tasteSalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat butter and oil over medium/high heat. Add onion and garlic and cook onion until soft (about 2 minutes)

    Add zucchini, carrots, and broccoli.

  3. 3

    Add soy sauce, teriyaki, salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes until tender. Serve over rice.
