Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsBasmati rice
  2. Salt as per your taste
  3. Sugar as required
  4. 1small pineapple
  5. 1small pomegranate
  6. Some green peas
  7. 1small mango
  8. 1 tbspGaram masala power
  9. 3-4cloves
  10. 1 piececinamom
  11. 3-4green cardamom
  12. 1black cardamom
  13. 2-3bayleaf
  14. 1 tspBlack pepper powder
  15. 1 pinchnutmeg powder
  16. 1 tbspghee
  17. 1 tbspoil
  18. 1big chopped onion
  19. 1 tbspgreen chilli ginger garlic paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil rice with salt and whole garam masala & bay leaf

  2. 2

    Stain the rice

  3. 3

    Heat kadai, add oil, whole garam masala, bay leaf stir. Add chopped onion stir it for 1 min, add ginger garlic green chilli paste.stir it.

    Add rice, garam masala.black pepper powder,nutmeg powder peas & fruit.

  5. 5

    Add salt sugar & ghee stir it.

  6. 6

    Serve hot.
