Ingredients

  1. 1 kgChicken washed and cleaned
  2. 250 gramsonions sliced
  3. 250 gramsCurd
  4. 2 tbspginger-garlic paste
  5. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  6. 100 gmschar magaz
  7. To tasteSalt
  8. As neededColour
  9. 10-12 Cashew nuts
  10. 200 mlRefined Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan.Add onions and fry it until brown.Now make a paste of it adding little water

  2. 2

    Now mixed all ingredients with chicken.

  3. 3

    Leave for 2hours

  4. 4

    Now fry chicken slightly and keep aside, add the remaining gravy and fried onion paste.

  5. 5

    Now cook the masala on low flame until it leaves oil.

  6. 6

    When Masala is cooked then mix the fried chicken and cook on low frame.

  7. 7

    Now chicken is ready to serve

  8. 8

    Goes well with paratha or rumali roti.
