First hung the curd in a muslin cloth for at least 1hour so that the sour water be removed

Now beat the curd with the help of a beater along with milk and Powder sugar

Take a Clean glass bowl..put ice cubes &pour curd over it

Chilled plain raita is ready

Serve

Tip ; U can add milk according the consistency of curd u want!!!!
