Place all ingredients in a blender except onions and spices

In a hot sufuria,pour two tablespoons of oil...add in the chopped onions...cook till browned

Add in your ndengu and cook covered for about 10minutes on medium heat...stirring when necessary ensuring it doesn't stick

Add in chopped Dania,stir and take off heat..

Serve with starch of your choice
