First cook the soaked chnadal adding water in a pressure cooker till 4-5 whistles

Let the cooker cool down on it's own so that the remaining pressure cooks the dal completely

Add jaggery.and cardamon and nutmeg powder mix very well

Return this mixture on to the gas and cook on medium flame string continuously till the mixture leaves the sides the vessel keep aside to cool

Mix ghee with weat flour a thali add enough water to make a smooth dough

Divide the dough and dal into equal portions roll each portion of the dough into around shape chpati

Place a portion of the dal in the centre and gather the edges to cover the dal completely

Flatten and roll out us thinly as possible rosted on a twa on a medium flame till golden brown on both sides

Apply the ghee while roasting the poli and serve
