Steps

Split the palval from the middle and cut potatoes into small pieces

Mix very little quantity of turmeric powder and chilli powder to it

Heat the oil in a pan and add some salt to taste

Now add the potatoes and fry it

Once done take out the potatoes in a bowl

Now add the palval into the same oil and fry it
- 7
Once done add those potatoes into the palval and fry it for a min or two
- 8
And here the palval aloo ki sabzi is ready to serve with a little bit of black pepper powder sprinkled on it for enhancing the taste
