Ingredients

  • 250 gmJimikand-
  • 2 tspBlack Mustard seeds-
  • 2 tspLemon juice/mango pickle-
  • 2Chopped green chilli
  • 2 clovesGarlic chopped-
  • 2 tspCorrinder leaves chopped-
  • 1 tspMustard oil -
  • Salt accoding taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Take jimikand first remove the peels then cut in small pieces

  2. 2

    Put in cooker add one ar two glass water and boil fr 3-4 wistel till jimikand cook properly

  3. 3

    Now put boil jimikand in bowl let it cool fr 10 mints now add salt garlic chilli corrinder leaves and mustard oil

  4. 4

    Add(pickle or lemon juice on ur choice)

  5. 5

    Now grind mustard seeds properly and mix it in chatne

  6. 6

    Mash properly all intreg.

  7. 7

    Ready tangy tangy jimikand chatne..
