Rosting Oats. Firstly 1/2 spoon oil in a pan add 1 cup of a oats,fry them till they turn crips.

Preparing upma.. In a pan heat 1 spoon oil add mustard seeds, wait till the mustard seeds Cracke.

Add oinon saute till they turn pink. Add chopped tomato till they turn soft, add peas and carrots or green chilli cook for a minute 2

Then add the Roasted oats stir slowly.

Than add 1 -2 cup of water slowly.

On a low flame, steam the oats upma covering lid 5 to 6 minutes

Oats upma ready. Enjoy with tasty healthy oats upma
