Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed dryfruits (walnuts,cashew,pistachios,figs,almonds...etc of ur choice
  • 1/2 cup grated dark colour jaggery
  • 1/2 cupMoong dal flour
  • 1/2 cup Oats flour
  • 2 tablespoonsemolina
  • 3/4 cup Edible gum
  • 2 tablespoonsmethi powder roasted in ghee
  • 2 tablespoonsroasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoonkhus khus or poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspooncardamom powder
  • Pure ghee as reqd

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast the Moong dal flour,Oats flour And semolina separately and cool...Heat ghee and add Edible gum and fry till it swells up and turns brown and crispy

    Take two tablespoons of ghee and roast all the dry fruits given in the ingredients

    Grate the jaggery..Now in mixer grind the dryfruits coarsely..add the jaggery and Edible gum and grind it again for few seconds..

  4. 4

    In a plate take out the mixture and add the cooled roasted flour..Add methi powder. roasted sesame seeds and cardamom powder And mix well

  5. 5

    Now add warm ghee if reqd and roll the mixture into laddu
