Add the flour in a large mixing bowl

Add salt, turmeric and cumin seeds
- 3
Followed by tomato, onion, chillies and coriander leaves

Mix well and add water

Mix well so that the batter should be runny and without any lumps

Heat 1/2 tablespoon oil on a non stick pan

Pour a laddle full of the batter in the center of the pan and spread slightly

Cook covered till the surface is semi cooked and the bottom of the pancake has browned slightly

Flip and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes before taking off heat

Serve hot with your choice of chutnies or ketchup
