Steps

Heat a wok and dry roast the Dalia for approx 2mins. Keep it aside.

Heat some oil in the same wok and add the green cardamom and cloves and saute them till the aroma comes out of it.

Add the capsicum and carrot and salt. The quantity of the salt should be as per the vegetables you added.

Mix them very well in a medium flame and cover it with a lid.

Uncover it after a while and saute it again. Repeat the process untill the veggies are fried well.

Add the ginger paste and chopped tomatoes and saute it very well untill cooked well.

Add the Dalia and mix them very well.

Add the water. The quantity of the water should be double the quantity of the Dalia. Add the slitted green chillies, salt and sugar. Let it be a bit sweetish.

Cover it with a lid for approx 8 to 10min in high flame.

Check whether the dalia is cooked well. If yes, add the garam masala powder and ghee.

Mix it well and serve hot.
