I just wanted to make a different version of savoury rice. I am a lover of garlic so this rice had a garlic tinge to it.

I just wanted to make a different version of savoury rice. I am a lover of garlic so this rice had a garlic tinge to it.
Steps

Cook rice half way through. Then rinse the rice till the water runs clear. This ensures that your rice doesn't stick and form clumps.

Put rice back on stove add 2 tablespoons of spice for rice. Cook rice again until al-dante. Remove when done

Mean while chop peppers and onion finely.

Warm cooking oil and fry all the peppers, onion and garlic. Add the remaining tablespoon of the spice for rice

I like my peppers cruchy, so soon after I start scooping my rice into the pan with peppers and fry the rice into the peppers. Do so until all the rice is added.

Mix well and turn ofd the heat and you are done.
