Blend uraddal in a mixer, while blending (put grated Ginger and salt as per taste)batter should be coarsely(not soft)

Take out batter from the jar and put and big bowl,put grated onion(ya very small pieces of onions) and little coriander leaves and make shape f medu wadas (take a thin white plastic sheet, firstly wet ur palms and thn sheet,thn make wada from batter)

In a pan put oil and fry the each wada on a medium flame till it becomes pinkish brown

Lastly serve hot with coconut chutney and sambhar and it taste yummy
