Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 150 grammoong daal
  • 2bitter gourd sliced
  • 1/4 bottlegourd sliced
  • 1/2 tspginger juice
  • 1 tspnigella seeds
  • 1dry red chilli
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil and ghee

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Roast the moong daal and boil

  2. 2

    Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and red chilli

  3. 3

    Add bitter gourd sliced and bottle gourd sliced

  4. 4

    Saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  5. 5

    Cover it till it become soft

  6. 6

    Add the daal and boil add sugar

  7. 7

    Add the ginger juice and remove from heat
