  • 2 cupsJack fruit pulp
  • 3/4 cupJaggery
  • 1 pinchElachi
  • 2 table spoonGhee
  • 1 cupRice powder

    Method
    Take heavy bottom pan add jaggery melt this into light caramelise, now add Jack fruit pulp, rice powder, elachi, ghee and stir well till the mixture turn into stiff consitency. Once done pour into geased plate.
