Steps

Firstly Stir the curd nicely. Than in bowl put curd, Besan, turmeric powder, ginger paste and salt mix it properly, know add water and mix it nicely and make batter.

Put one tablespoon oil in a heavy bottomed utensil and heat it.

Add the prepared solution to the oil. Keep stirring the solution with a stirring spoon.

When batter get thick. Lower the flame and keep stirring.

After few minutes this batter will become sufficiently thick.

Now spread this batter thinly on a big plate. The same way as you spread dosa, with the help of small bowl or stirring spoon.

After it has cooled, cut it into, 6 inches long and 2 inches wide, strips. Take one strip and roll it.

Roll all the strips like this.

Now garnish with coriander leaves, grated coconut and pomegranate.

Served with any types of Chutney.
