Firstly, in a boiling water add noodles add pinch od salt and 1 tsp oil.boil well to cook.
drain the water completely, and keep aside. - 2
Heat a large kadai with some oil.saute onions and spring onions white on high flame.add chopped veggies like carrot, cabbage and capsicum.

Do not over cook as the vegetables will loose the crunchiness.add salt, soy sauce, agino moto and vinegar give a good mix.
Then add cooked noodles.
mix well.finally, serve noodles garnished with some fresh spring onions green.
