Had this for dinner last night. Simply delicious!!
Steps

Wash and parboil rice for 15minutes. Bring down and wash rice again, then cook till it's done. Garnish with carrots and green pepper and leave covered for a while to soften carrots.

Wash and blend tomatoes, Shombo, onions, and ginger together. Cook mixture till water dries out from it. Then fry in heated groundnut and sliced onions till it dries.

Wash fish, place in a clean pot, add seasoning cube, sliced onions, add salt and water, cook for 10minutes, drain water and fry fish in groundnut oil.

Add fish sauce and fried fish to the stew, add seasoning powder, a little salt and stir.

Cook stew for 5minutes and bring down. Serve with garnished rice and fried fish.
