First to making caramel---Heat a pan with sugar on medium flame..Stir well until sugar completely melted and smooth....Add butter and cinnamon powder...And stir well..And then Switch the flame off.

Now pour this mixture into the prepared cake pan (with liner) and evenly spread it on the bottom.

Now arrange the apple slices in an even layer on top..Set aside.

Now In a mixing bowl seive together all propose flour, sugar, baking soda and baking powder...Mix nicely.

Now add milk, oil, eggs and vanilla essence...And beat with hand beater...Until fully combined.

Now pour the batter into the cake pan on top of the sliced apples.

Keep it in preheated microwave oven for 35min...On 180°.. Convection mode...

Check by inserting toothpick into center.. Remove from oven and allow it to cool for about 10min.in the pan before flipping over on to a plate.
