  1. 1 cupwhole meal flour
  2. 1 cupmilk
  3. 1egg
  4. 1 tblsbaking powder
  5. 1tblsp lemon zest
  6. 1/2 tspcinnamon spice

    Put everything in a large bowl, using electric beater,beat well until is smooth enough and running form.put little oil on the pan, scoop one spoon of the batter,let it cook, turn their side, repeat the process until all is finished,serve
