Ingredients

  1. Smoked sausage
  2. 2chicken breast, cooked, diced
  3. 1/4 cupgreen pepper, chopped
  4. 1/4 cupcelery, chopped
  5. 1 candiced tomatoes
  6. 1/4 cupwater
  7. 1/4 tsppaprika
  8. 1/4 tsporegano
  9. 1/4 tspgarlic salt
  10. to tasteHot sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute green peppers and celery in olive oil until tender. Add tomatoes, water, and spices. Cook until most of the liquid is boiled off. Stir in chicken and sausage. Heat thoroughly. Serve over rice
